The view was amazing; I would suggest staying on a higher floor to enjoy the view. In-room dining was available, and it was terrific. I would only say that they add a microwave to the rooms. We stayed for two days and had leftovers from dinner, and unfortunately, we were unable to eat them because we could not reheat them. Besides that, this place is fantastic, and I would strongly suggest staying for more than one night, being there are so many things to do.

We stayed in a Fiore Kings room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. They provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Coffee in the room with a nice size fridge. The bed was firm but comfortable. Our TV was not working but they remedied within 20 minutes.

In general, all places are beautiful. but especially the lady who works at the reception, vita, because we come from Turkey and she helped us a lot. I would like to thank her especially and congratulate the hotel to have such a receptionist.

The hotel is lovely. The restaurants are amazing, especially the Prime Steakhouse. It was very quiet and the rooms were very well kept. There was a lovely smell all throughout the hotel.

Bathroom was very nice. Clean, large and the shower had GREAT pressure. Beds were very comfortable, and 4 pillows were great. Facilities were amazing.
